Terms of Service

The basics of using this website. Project work has its own written agreement.
Using this site
By using kordial.io you agree to these terms. Please use the site lawfully, and do not try to disrupt it, break into it, or send spam through the contact form.
Our content
The text, design, code, and other material on this site belong to Kordial or its licensors, and the project names and screenshots shown in our work belong to their respective owners. You may view the site and share its links, but please do not copy or reuse our content without permission.
Project work
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Pricing and plans here are starting points for a conversation.
Work with Kordial is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal that we sign with you. If it conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins for the project.
Third-party sites
We link to other sites, such as client websites, LinkedIn, and our booking page on Cal.com. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We try to keep information accurate and the site running, but we do not guarantee it will always be correct, complete, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kordial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. This applies to the website only and does not change what a signed project agreement says.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about them will be handled in the courts located in Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
