Privacy Policy

Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, message, and your company name and chosen plan if you provide them.

Email. If you email hello@kordial.io, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It reports aggregate traffic and does not use cookies to track you across sites.

We do not run advertising, sell your information, or ask you to create an account.

We use what you send through the form or by email to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to scope and run your project.

The contact form also has a few automatic checks that filter out spam, such as a hidden field and how long the form took to fill in. Messages that look like spam are discarded.

We use analytics to understand which parts of the site are useful and to improve them.

Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox as email.

Vercel hosts this site and provides the analytics described above.

Cal.com runs our call booking page. We only link to it. If you click through and book, the details you enter are handled by Cal.com under its own policy.

We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.

We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to run any project we do together. If you want them deleted sooner, ask and we will delete them.

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kordial.io and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
